- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Employee was so rude. My box broke on the side and he told me I needed to pay for a whole new box or pay for tape. He said "I can give you one piece for free, but I can't give you any more than that." My box broke on the way in. I told him he was a jerk and I would go to a different ups after I went and paid 1$ for an entire roll of tape. He explained to me it's company policy and wasn't his fault I had to purchase 2 pieces of tape. Just confused why it's ok to give one piece but not any more than that?!
